The Strategic Programs Manager , Office of the CEO will serve as a strategic coordinator to the CEO, Australia . In this role, you will support the CEO in enacting and enabling the Australian strategic agenda and priorities. In addition, you w ill inter face with senior leaders in a ssis ting the CEO to drive the short- and long-t erm o bject ives of the firm and advance strategic priorities through the Australian Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

What the day will look like
- Serve as a strategic coordinator to the CEO and the organisation to advance the evolution of our strategic priorities
- Coordinator to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in driving the execution of the organisation’s strategic priorities and implications on our segments, solution lines and functional responsibilities
- Own the priorities/actions governance log to ensure follow through on agreed strategic priorities and tactical execution items
- Provide project management support to CEO around key strategic projects.
- Lead the planning and execution of ELT engagement, including weekly/monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), APAC monthly business reviews (MBRs), strategy offsites, annual business planning and budget process. This includes agenda definition, supporting material creation, managing stakeholder involvement, identifying/driving outcomes and overseeing logistics with the support of the CEO’s EA
- Maintain an understanding of business priorities and key needs or decisions facing the ELT to create relevant discussion topics
- Drive the effectiveness of team meetings
- Work with communications team to inform key items to include as part of internal communications, specifically townhalls, updates as part of team meetings and colleague broadcasts
- Serve as an ambassador of the CEO in colleague, carrier and client engagement
- Handle critical or time sensitive items that are escalated to the CEO yet involve additional planning or analysis prior to resolution
